In this workshop, Dr. Mullan will provide folks with the tools to begin supporting their own wellness practices by challenging and removing oppressive and colonial ways of thinking from our movements. Her goal is practical decolonization, and how to live it daily.
Dr. Mullan seeks to insert space to dialogue around how we can go about the process of decolonizing our own self-care and social justice practices. The focal point of the workshop is to help students facilitate a more balanced life, by practicing routine decolonized self care.
